yukihiro正式加入後推出的第一張專輯，收錄了初次獲得ORICON冠軍、個人至愛的「winter fall」與在L’Arc團史上具有特殊意義的「虹」（只有hyde、ken和tetsu三人在團時發行的）兩首單曲。此外，輕柔爵士風的「Singin’ in the Rain」及節奏感十足的「Promised land」也都是我很喜歡的曲目。整體來說，新生的L’Arc雖然缺乏了像《Tierra》時代的空靈感，卻散發出另一種魅力。
