看到PTT留英版最近的熱門話題，也來現身說法（？）。我至今是沒遇過太嚴重的歧視情事啦。印象比較深刻的是去年剛來時，拖著大行李車在路上踽踽獨行，聽到後方公寓窗口傳來死小孩的叫囂…就當耳背沒聽到（不過因為突如其來，嚇到手上檯燈差點摔掉），還好聽力爛，也聽不懂他們在叫啥鬼…

I just had my last dinner in Elvyn Richards. From tomorrow, I have to cook myself. God knows what I am going to cook…..I NEVER cooked on my own!

Although the meals here were mostly worse than what I ate in Taiwan, sometimes there were “surprises.” This means I did have a few opportunities to eat something yummy. For example, I really love their chicken chop. It was fried and inside the chop was cheese sauce and a ham slice. When I cut the chop, the cheese sauce would flow out. It’s just fantastic to eat the chicken with the hot sauce! Another dish I love is lasagne. Well, to be honest it’s nothing special. Just because I always love Italian food.:P

Well anyway, I think I will remember forever how the food here tasted.

I think I’ll just never understand the weather here. It is always changing! For example, it rained heavily this morning, but now we’ve got a shining sun! However, I’ve been cheated by the sun here dozens of times. Even if it is incredibly sunny outside, there’s still strong wind that could freeze you. Anyway, the weather is much more tricky than that in Taipei. Every morning I just spend at least five minutes thinking about what I should wear, and about if I should bring an umbrella.
